SOUL-CENTERED COACHING

This is not a one & done experience. It’s an ongoing relationship rooted in traditional coaching practices, such as accountability and goal setting, and super-charged with ancient modalities, such as energy work, fire ceremonies, journeying, and so much more.

These modalities cross four primary aspects of my practice: ceremony, clearing, channeling, and connecting.

  • Ceremony is used to release old truths and call in new stories by grounding you with Mother Earth.

    e.g. fire ceremonies, family constellation readings

  • Clearing is used to remove old cords, baggage, and harmful entities that are inhibiting your voice and actions.

    e.g. cord removal, reiki, shamanic healing sessions, chakra clearing

  • Connecting is a practice whereby I connect with your ancestors and guides for specific answers to your questions.

    e.g. medical intuitive readings, mediumship, energy readings

  • We use connecting to journey into different realms, via guided meditations, when you are feeling stuck or lost, overall.

    e.g. journeying to soul retrieval or book of destiny, obtaining your guides
